    Cigar Mas Fino was born from our founders’ desire to create Central California’s finest cigar lounge.  El Cinco Sindicato dreamt of opening a lounge in which cigar aficionados and newbies alike could easily relax with a high-quality stogie; and in which they’d feel as comfortable as they did in their own homes.
